Please Read Before Booking your Rome Cabs Transfer:
* To ensure a secured service, we cannot take reservations by phone, email or through your driver or other third party. All reservations must be booked online via the booking engine for accuracy and secured service.
* All transfer services must be booked at least 36 hours in advance online through the booking form. We cannot guarantee last minute or same day reservations. To secure the service, please book all your transfers as far in advance as possible.
* Each transfer must be booked individually.
* Do not book a transfer or any other service via the special request box of another transfer.
* Once you submitted your reservation information, please allow between 1-2 business days for your reservation request to be processed and to receive a confirmation email from our staff informing you of availability to accommodate your request.
* PAYMENT FOR SEVICE:
Payment due at the end of the service in Euro funds.
We do not accept credit card payment.
Pre-payment via PayPal: you may prepay in advance via PayPal by providing us with your email address associated with your PayPal account. Please print your payment voucher and present it to your driver at the time of service to confirm pre-payment. Failure to present your pre-payment voucher to your driver will result in your driver asking you for payment for the service and extended waiting time while the driver verifies payment with the office.
Please read and be in agreement with our cancellation policy according to our Terms of Service prior to placing your reservation with Rome Cabs or via this website.
BOOKING YOUR SERVICE:
* Please utilize our Booking System to get Instant Rates and Book your Reservations. In order for your reservations to be secured, we do not accept reservations by email, telephone, or in person.
* The booking form must be used only to place actual reservations. Please do not utilize the booking form for inquiries. All inquiries must be made via direct email.
LUGGAGE:
* Always specify total number of large suitcases and carry ons in order for us to properly accommodate your needs and provide you with a precise price quote for extra luggage that requires vehicle upgrades or multiple vehicles. For 2 passgengers we provide standard sedan vehicles. If you believe your luggage would not fit into a sedan you must inform us in the Special Request Box and you will be upgraded to a minivan for an extra fee.
* DEPARTURE TRANSFERS: For transfers to FCO (Rome Fiumicino Airport) you are required to provide the Terminal Number from where you flight will depart in the Special Request Box of your booking form. Failure to provide the correct Terminal Number will result in our inability to provide you with correct service.

* Any changes to the already submitted itinerary can only be accommodated according to availability, and is not guaranteed. If we can accommodate the changes, you must first cancel your orignal reservation and rebook it via our booking engine with the new information time. We do not accept changes made via email.
* Transfer Chauffeurs speak the local language or basic English.
* Your chauffeur will meet you next to your ship holding a sign with your name. Please do not take a shuttle to the port entrance and do not leave your ship area.
