(*Listed prices are for passengers traveling with 1 check in suitcase and 1 small carry on each. 2-3 persons with more than 2 check in luggages will require an upgrade to minivan, and up to 8 persons with extra luggage must request a second vehicle to accommodate extra luggage).

Listed Prices are per Vehicle and includes 1 pickup/drop off location. Multiple pick ups/drop offs are extra.

***  For Services between 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM an additional fee of 10 Euros  is applied.

You must provide a correct email address in order to receive email correspondence from us.

Reservation requests made less than 36 hours may not be able to be confirmed.

BOOKING YOUR TRANSFER SERVICE:

* Please be sure you submit a working / correct Email Address and Telephone Number in your reservation, otherwise we will NOT be able to reach you with correspondence.  If you do not hear from us within 24-28 hours please write us an email to make sure there is not a problem with your reservation request.

.

* To ensure a secured service, we cannot take reservations by phone, email or through your driver or other third party. All reservations must be booked online via the booking engine for accuracy and secured service.

.

* All transfer services must be booked at least 36 hours in advance online through the booking form. We cannot guarantee last minute or same day reservations. To secure the service, please book all your transfers as far in advance as possible.

.

* Each transfer must be booked individually.

* Do not book a transfer or any other service via the special request box of another transfer.

.

* Once you submitted your reservation information, please allow between 1-2 business days for your reservation request to be processed and to receive a confirmation email from our staff informing you of availability to accommodate your request.

.

* Please utilize our Booking System to get Instant Rates and Book your Reservations. In order for your reservations to be secured, we do not accept reservations by email, telephone, or in person.

.

* The booking form must be used only to place actual reservations. Please do not utilize the booking form for inquiries. All inquiries must be made via direct email.

.

* Please be sure you provide the correct Flight Information (Flight Number, Date and Time of arrival in Rome). Service will not be provided if incorrect flight information is received.

.

* Are you traveling with children? So we can best provide a friendly experience, please let us know if you will be traveling with children. If YES, please let us know their ages in the Special Request box of our booking form as this will help us assist our guests traveling with young children who may require child or booster seats.

LUGGAGE:

.
* Always specify the CORRECT total number of large suit cases andcarry ons in order for us to properly accommodate your needs.

.
For 2 passengers we provide a standard sedan. Extra luggage or large pieces of luggage that might not fit into a sedan will require an upgraded to a Mini Van at an extra fee.

.

* Please note the maximum luggage capacity for a minivan is 7-8 check-in suit cases and 7-8 small carry ons. Please advise if your luggage exceeds capacity as you will require a 2nd vehicle.

.

IMPORTANT: Failure to inform us of your exact number of luggage may result in our inability to provide the proper size vehicle to accommodate your luggage, and you might be charged for a 2nd vehicle.

DEPARTURE TRANSFERS TO AIRPORT

For transfers to FCO (Rome Fiumicino Airport) you are required to provide the Terminal Number from where you flight will depart in the Special Request Box of your booking form. Failure to provide the correct Terminal Number will result in our inability to provide you with correct service.

PAYMENT FOR SEVICE:

Payment is due at the end of the service to the driver in Euro currency.

We do not accept credit card payment. Prepayment is possible in advance via PayPal. Please request that you wish to prepay via PayPal when placing your reservation request.

CHANGES TO EXISTING RESERVATIONS

* Any changes to the already submitted itinerary can only  be accommodated according to availability, and is not guaranteed. Please contact us via email for information on how to change existing reservations or placing a new reservation with updated information.

.

YOUR TRANSFER DRIVER

* Transfer Chauffeurs speak only the local language (Italian) or very basic English.

.

* Your chauffeur will meet you next to your ship holding a sign with your name. Please do not take a shuttle to the port entrance and do not leave your ship area.
