PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Payment can be made in EUROS directly to your driver on the Date of Tour, or prepaid in advance via PayPal or Credit Card online when you confirm your Tour. PayPal processes all online credit card payments for safety and security.

If you wish to PREPAY you may do so online when CONFIRMING your BOOKING by SELECTING your preferred option of payment. Refunds for Prepaid services will only be NET RATE (*See cancellation policy below)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We kindly ask that cancellations be done at a minimum of 7 days in advance so we can rebook the service and the reserved driver does not work for that day.

** Cancelations for PREPAID SERVICES will be refunded the Net Rate we receive from your prepayment.  Net Rate: actual service price minus PayPal/Credit Card fees retained by PayPal/Credit Card as they do not reimburse us the fees they retain from your payment.

YOUR ROME TOUR DRIVER

Italy has strict laws protecting official licensed guides making it unlawful for Tour Drivers to provide guests commentary while outside the vehicle or accompany guests to sightsee on foot away from the vehicle.  While your driver can offer basic information while at the vehicle, your driver in Rome must comply with regulations and remain with the vehicle while you explore independently (self-tour) without their accompaniment.

Meeting Point to meet your Driver at ROME HOTEL / ACCOMMODATION:

Your private driver in Rome will meet you inside the lobby of your hotel or in areas permitted by hotels.

For Apartments or B&Bs without a lobby, your driver will meet you outside the main entrance of your Pick Up Address.

* If your hotel or accommodation is on a street or in an area restricted to vehicle traffic, your driver will park as close as lawfully possible and will meet you on foot at your Address, and accompany you to your parked vehicle.

A6:  The areas around Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps can get very crowded. Stay vigilant and keep your belongings secure. Avoid accepting gifts from street vendors or strangers, as they may expect payment or tips in return for items like roses, bracelets, or trinkets.

A7:  When visiting religious venues, it's important to respect the modesty dress code. Remember to cover your shoulders and knees. Capri-type pants are suitable for ladies, while men can wear shorts as long as they cover the knees.
